The wooden log cabin is located in the Magurka cottage settlement, which
belongs to the Partizánska Ľupča village. The cottage is approximately 20
minutes away by car from Partizánská Ľupča. There is also a road leading to the log cabin
from Liptovská Osada via Liptovská Lužná and Železno, the distance is approx. 15 km. In
winter, we recommend snow chains or a 4x4 drive.
In the cottage is fireplace and electric heating. Cottage has nice terrace. You can enjoy
wonderful nature without mobile network signal.
Description of accommodation
The cottage (log cabin) has two floors.
Ground floor - large living room with fireplace, TV/SAT, DVD player
kitchen unit (electric cooker, microwave,
kettle, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, mixer, dishwasher,...), couch and dining place.
WC and bath corner.
First floor - 3 rooms, 2 of them are with 2 beds and 1 of them is with
4 beds.

person (couch)
Region
Magurka is the highest situated settlement (1050 metres above sea under
the crest of Nízke Tatry)
with untouched nature.
A lot of thermal springs are here so it is good place for swimming (aquapark
Tatraladia - 40km,
thermal park Bešeňová – 15km) and also water reservoir
Liptovská Mara is near
(a several types of water sports is possible to try here) - 38km.
In winter you can do skiing in ski centrum Jasná – the biggest ski
centrum in Slovakia – 50km,
or in ski park Ružomberok – 30km.
Near to the cottage is also well-known reservation of folk architecture – Vlkolinec
(UNESCO).
